Volac
Volac is a High President Demon in Hell. He is also referred to as the Grand Chairman of the underworld. Despite his childlike appearance, this demon is considered to be one of the oldest and strongest demons.
He was mentioned in Thomas Rudd’s variant as Valu, in the Pseudomonarchia Daemonum by Johann Weyer as Volac, the Liber Officium Spirituum mentioned him as Cooler or Doolas and finally, he was called Volach in the Munich Manual of Demonic Magic.

This demon appears as a child with Angel’s Wings and is seen riding on a Two-headed Dragon, as pictured on the right. It is said that the reason why he appears as an innocent child is to be able to gain the trust of humans before leading them to terrible deaths.
The classical image of this demon is related to the ancient Greek deity called Hermes who wields the Caduceus which was also described as the two-headed Dragon in the Grimoires. This dragon symbolically refers to the arousal of the fire snake also known as the Kundalini.
According to some sources, this demon can also appear as a Dragon or as a Goshawk.
Regarding his appearance, he appears in different forms to different people. Below are some experiences shared on the Reddit website.
“Volac appeared before me as a naked man riding a dark green dragon, two giant serpents at his sides. I explained to him my situation and asked him to help me. He didn’t say a word, his facial expressions barely changing. He nodded at times, at other times he just stared at me while I spoke. After I thanked him for listening to my need, he just nodded and flew away (in an absolutely badass way).
Another user has this to say:
“He appeared as a basilisk twisting on the floor. He tested my circle by lashing out against it with his fangs just like snakes’ attack sort of movement. When I constrained him in the circle, he was calmer but clearly resented it. He delivered in full what I asked of him, was paid back. Felt drained and weak, felt like masturbating, which I know was him trying to get to my energy.”
